At Rise you will experience our state of the art Ocean Float Room, which is generously proportioned for a feeling of space and beautifully designed for comfort and luxury.

During your float, you are suspended effortlessly in a supersaturated solution of Epsom salt and water within a light and sound controlled environment. 

This reduces sensory stimulation and suspends the effects of gravity on the central nervous system. The water is at skin temperature and after a few minutes, you lose the awareness of where the body ends and the water begins, allowing you to experience blissful relaxation.
